The Bakers Loft is a wonderfully appointed, first-floor apartment resting in the centre of Grasmere, offering a great base for touring the Lake District National Park.
The apartment has been completed with an elegant interior design to make a welcoming space for a family to return to after exploring the surrounding lakes and fells.
Climb the 16 external steps to the entrance and be welcomed into the contemporary, galley-style kitchen containing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, allowing you to cater for yourself for the duration of your visit.
Enjoy your down time within the bright and airy sitting/dining room, where two plush sofas are situated around the TV and windows offer pretty views over the village.
Joining this space is the dining table, set up for four people, making a great spot for enjoy a local takeaway, a delicious home-cooked meal or pulling open a map and planning the next day’s adventure.
Once the evening draws to a close, catch your rest within the king-size bedroom and look forward to waking up to the refreshing colour palette each morning, also complete with views of the village and plenty of storage to keep your things.
Concluding the interior is a twin bedroom with zip/link beds, which can be made into a super-king-size bed on request and a sleek family bathroom, with a shower over bath, basin and WC.

Brilliant apartment and location right in the centre of Grasmere.

The apartment was really clean and comfortable it had everything you need. The Bathroom was great, lovely hot shower or a soak in the bath perfect after a day on the fells or a walk by the lake. Lots of cafes, bistros and shops nearby.
