Enter into the property after admiring the pretty front patio with furniture, and firstly take a peek at the ground-floor bedrooms, comprising of a double with a TV and a twin, both furnished with ample storage and elegant décor, served by a ground-floor cloakroom.
Head upstairs to find the contemporary kitchen and dining space, with fitted units and ample appliances for your self-catered stay, along with a dining table to gather around.
Retire in the evening to the sitting room where you can relax on the sofas or armchair, with a selection of books, DVDs and games to enjoy together, as well as a Smart TV.
Freshen up in the shower room on the first floor before or after your adventures, with a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

PLEASE NOTE: Bookings can only be taken to arrive and end on a Friday or a Monday. Chestnuts Barn is a lovely detached reverse-level cottage resting in Holbrook, Derbyshire. Hosting two ground-floor bedrooms, including a double with a TV, and a twin, along with a shower room on the first floor and a ground-floor cloakroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. Completing the layout on the first floor is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and a front patio with seating. Chestnuts Barn make a wonderful base for a Derbyshire break. Note: There is a field and children's play area that is a 5 minute walk away from the property. Please note: Dedicated off road parking next to the property for one small or medium sized car, parking for larger vehicles close by in the village centre.
