We stayed at Owl's Hoot for a week at the end of October. What a beautiful place. The owners have done such a fantastic job from the decor to the equipment supplied. Was like going home from home. The renovation was 100% faultless. Charlie was very responsive to emails etc. Although being in a tiny ...

A few days before I was meant to arrive to the cottage I came down with Covid. They said we couldn’t have a refund and then said we were not even able to change the dates ( which was an option on the website we booked with and they have now removed the option) they’ve took Ł800 of us and that’s all there bothered about. Absolutely awful hopefully they get their karma!
