A large Georgian townhouse, Seasides ideally positioned between the beach and harbour in Weymouth, renovated to a high standard and has a 5 star rating.
With six large bedrooms, all with incredible views either of the harbour or beach, and a bath or shower room. This property will perfectly suit large groups looking for a property close to the beach and town centre.
The ground floor is dedicated to a large, comfortable open plan living area, which combines dining, kitchen and relaxing. There is also a games room on the lower ground floor, for big or little kids! Hand-picked artwork on the walls makes this feel like a really special house, and all rooms have an individual theme.
Far reaching views of Weymouth Bay and the long, sandy beach from the front windows of Seasides and from the rear extensive views of the harbour, watch visiting yachts and fishing boats passing by.
Perfectly located; there are many options on your doorstep; relax on the beach, crabbing or sailing along the harbour, walking the South West Coast path, browsing independent shops in the lanes of town and fine dining & pubs harbour side; all just a minute's walk away. You can also enjoy Chesil Beach & the Jurassic Coast for walks, and Portland Bill for bird watchers and sailors all of which are within easy reach.

Seasides is a Georgian townhouse situated in the town of Weymouth in Dorset and benefits from incredible views either of the harbour or beach. The townhouse can sleep 11 people in 2 king size, 1 super king-size, 1 king-size ‘half-tester’, 1 super-king size (twin single) all with en-suite showers and 1 double with single bedrooms as well has a family bathroom and shower room. The rest of the house is made up of a fitted kitchen/dining/sitting room. Off road parking for 1 car and an external decked area with furniture. Seasides will suit perfectly for large groups looking for a property close to the beach and town centre. Please Note: From start of Nov 2025 until mid 2026 there will be noisy pile driving work taking place on Weymouth peninsula near the pavilion. A few hundred yards from the property. This will involve minor traffic diversions. You should bear this in mind if booking over this period. Note: A good housekeeping bond of £250 is required.
Note: Guests need to provide their own cot linen.
Note: Parking for two small / one large car, measurements 4m length (when gates are in use) x 2m high x 4m depth.
Property provides two on road parking permit for Zone F - Town Centre (subject to spaces being available) expiry 30/03/2026 subject to council renewal.
