There is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with an open fire. To the outside, there is an open garden with a lawn, covered pond, clothes airer, and picnic bench, while off-road parking is available for one car (two on request). Two well-behaved pets welcome - £20 per pet per week supplement. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.6 miles. Please be aware the garden is not enclosed and so dogs should be supervised at all times. Sandmartins is a lovely traditional cottage for a large family to enjoy in Higher Kinnerton. Note: This property only takes a minimum of 3 night bookings.
