Once the evening draws to a close, retire to the ground floor and find two bedrooms, including a king-size double with zip/link flexibility and a twin, which are both beautifully presented.
Completing the interior of Grassholme is the elegant bathroom with bath and shower over, giving you the choice how you wish to prepare for the day.
Outside is a fabulous natural slate patio area which provides unbeatable views over Lake Windermere, making it the perfect spot to enjoy an evening drink or alfresco meal.

Grassholme is an inviting, stone-built cottage resting on the shores of Lake Windermere. Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size double and twin, plus a bathroom, this cottage can sleep four people. There is also an open-plan sitting room upstairs, including a kitchen, dining and sitting area. To the outside is a slate patio with seating, providing exceptional lake views. Off-road parking for two cars is also available. Grassholme is a fine base for family orientated or romantic getaways.
Note: Minimum 3 night stay
The swimming pool can be booked for 45 minute private sessions,all guests can pre-book up to a maximum of 3 swimming slots ( or 2 slots for short stays 2 and 3 nights ) 7 days prior to arrival by contacting estate@graythwaite.com
