There are two bedrooms in the cottage comprised of a double and a twin, sleeping four people and benefiting from a cloakroom and bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is also a kitchen, utility, dining room and a sitting room with an electric fire. There is off-road parking at the property, as well as a front patio with furniture. 1 Paythorne Farm Cottage is a fantastic family holiday home for an escape to Sussex. Note: Car is essential due to countryside location. Note: The property has a good housekeeping bond of £100. Note: Property not suitable for children under 10 and isn't suitable for those with mobility issues as although there is a handrail, there are eleven stairs. Please Note: This property only allows 3 nights minimum. Note: Property does not accept Sunday arrivals.
