The modest-sized sitting room offers a homely aura and a lovely spot to spend your evenings with your loved ones in front of the warming electric fire, a family-favourite film on the television, or enjoy more formal moments together within the dining room where you can tuck into a tasty home-cooked meal or even use this space to play board games brought from home! Move through into the well-equipped kitchen and let the beautiful aromas of your favourite foods fill the room, the television offering your entertainment while you get to work with the good range of utensils and appliances at hand.

1 Paythorne Farm Cottages is a charming semi-detached cottage resting in Fulking near Small Dole, Sussex. There are two bedrooms in the cottage comprised of a double and a twin, sleeping four people and benefiting from a cloakroom and bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is also a kitchen, utility, dining room and a sitting room with an electric fire. There is off-road parking at the property, as well as a front patio with furniture. 1 Paythorne Farm Cottage is a fantastic family holiday home for an escape to Sussex. Note: Car is essential due to countryside location. Note: The property has a good housekeeping bond of £100. Note: Property not suitable for children under 10 and isn't suitable for those with mobility issues as although there is a handrail, there are eleven stairs. Please Note: This property only allows 3 nights minimum. Note: Property does not accept Sunday arrivals.
