Located on a residential street, close to local amenities and just over 0.6 miles from the beach and pleasure beach, is St.
Helliers, a spacious mid-terrace property, ideal for a family or group wanting to enjoy a holiday in this popular seaside resort.
There is permit parking for one car on the road in front of the property, as well as an enclosed courtyard garden at the rear with furniture, where you can relax and enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
Step inside the property and discover the spacious sitting room, with high ceilings and a lovely bay window, and relax on the sofa whilst enjoying a family movie night on the TV or have a games night on the Xbox.
The well-equipped kitchen has all of the appliances you need to cook up a storm, and you can enjoy meals together in the dining area at the dining table.
Upstairs you will find four bright and airy bedrooms, all with ample storage space for your belongings, consisting of one king-size and a a double, a triple and a single, served by the family bathroom, which offers a shower over bath.
You are within walking distance of a host of shops, pubs, restaurants, cafés and takeaways, while the South Pier, with amusement rides and an arcade, Sandcastle Waterpark and the famous Blackpool Pleasure Beach, filled with rides and rollercoasters, are all less than a mile away.
Enjoy a walk down the promenade, admiring the sea views, and spend a day at the beach, where you can enjoy seven miles of sand, donkey rides and a delicious fish and chips dinner.
Head north up the coast towards the attractions of SEA LIFE Blackpool, The Blackpool Tower Dungeon, Winter Gardens Blackpool, Blackpool Zoo, a host of excellent golf courses and the Central and North Pier.
