Enter into the kitchen/diner and settle down around the dining table in the room, making a lovely spot to enjoy an afternoon snack prepared with the assistance of the wonderful appliances on offer, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, all sure to be of wonderful assistance, as well as a handy dishwasher to help with the washing up.
Spend time relaxing in the sitting room around the electric woodburning effect fire, a stylish and neutrally decorated room making a lovely spot to snuggle up in front of the Smart TV and watch a family-favourite film.
Move up onto the first floor to find the two bedrooms, made up of a master king-size and a twin, both home to natural hues creating a warm and welcoming aura, they offer the perfect spots to catch up on your rest.

Bennett's Cottage is a charming cottage resting at the centre of Oakham in Rutland, East Midlands. There are two bedrooms in the cottage, made up of a king-size and a twin, served by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, sleeping four guests in total. There is also a ground floor cloakroom, kitchen/diner and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside is a private, enclosed courtyard and parking permit for one car. Additional parking can be found at the roadside or in a nearby pay and display car park. Bennett's Cottage is a superb holiday home for a family of four looking to explore Rutland and beyond.
