Renovated to a high-standard, this contemporary dwelling is the perfect retreat for friends and families looking to explore the East Yorkshire countryside and its coastline.
Entering the property, be welcomed into the sitting room which has a sofa and armchair to curl up and unwind into the evening with the benefit of a wall-mounted TV for catching up with your favourite shows and a woodburning stove for that extra bit of warmth during the winter months.
Walk through to the open-plan kitchen/diner which lies to the rear and has all the appliances needed to cook up a storm for the whole family.
There is a dining table and chairs for up to four guests and is the perfect sociable space for gathering over a home-cooked meal.
Follow the steps up to the first-floor which has a master double bedroom and a second double with single bunk above where you can get some much needed rest for the days ahead.
To the rear of the cottage is a small patio courtyard area where you can sit out during the summer months and indulge in a refreshing drink.
Driffield has access to a number of independent shops and supermarkets for picking up those last-minute essentials, whilst there are a number of pubs and restaurants if you don't fancy cooking one evening.
Make sure you venture towards Driffield Golf Club which has a delightful 18-hole course for families to enjoy a friendly game one sunny afternoon.
Further afield is the coastal town of Bridlington (10 miles away) within a scenic drive away and boasts a wealth of history to explore with its 12th century The Bayle Museum and Bridlington Priory.

I had a lovely stay in the cottage, it was beautiful, clean and well looked after. You have the shop over the road and a fish shop on the corner and a little walk to the town centre. Would highly recommend.
