Sleeping up to four guests across a double bedroom with an adjoining walkthrough twin bedroom, the cottage is welcoming and comfortable at any time of year. Underfloor and central heating, along with an inviting inglenook fireplace with a gas‑fired stove, ensure a snug stay whatever the weather. The open‑plan ground floor features a well‑appointed kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer, kettle and toaster, flowing into a comfortable sitting area. A Smart TV, high‑speed WiFi (ideal for remote working), books and games provide everything you need for relaxed evenings in. A downstairs bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower, and a utility area offers a washing machine and ironing facilities.
Outside, guests can enjoy a small enclosed private garden with seating, table and BBQ perfect for outdoor dining after a day exploring. Off‑road parking directly outside the cottage ensures a stress‑free start to your stay, and supermarket deliveries are available for added convenience. Stair gates and a high chair are provided for younger guests. Middle Cottage is dog‑friendly, welcoming one well‑behaved dog (downstairs only).

The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four, a sitting area with TV, DVD player and gas fire, and a utility with washer/dryer. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn and two gravel patio areas, garden furniture and barbecue, as well as free, private, off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Cot and highchair available (request when booking). Fitted stairgate available. One well-behaved pet welcome with additional charge, must be kept downstairs. If you're looking for a perfect getaway for a short break this cottage is the perfect choice. 5mins walk from the village and 10mins walk to the beach. Our family including our dog had the best time!
