With tasteful accommodation over two levels; friends, families and couples alike can treat themselves to a cottage holiday of the highest order.
Positioned within a charming courtyard setting, this characteristic property is tastefully decorated and tells a tale of history with a collection of artwork, photographs and books all relating to the Harpur Crewe Estate and the former ancestral seat at Calke Abbey.
Enter into the inviting entrance snug, featuring traditional wooden beams and an exposed stone wall in contrast with contemporary and colourful décor, the ideal space to kick off your shoes after a long journey or active day, and also offering a calm space in which to sit and get lost in a book or unwind with a morning coffee or afternoon cup of tea.
Venture further into the bright and contemporary open-plan living space, creating a vibrant social environment where the whole family can gather throughout the day.
Turn on the TV and relax back into the comfortable sofas in the sitting area, or flick on the radio and rustle up a family favourite in the spacious well-equipped kitchen, ready to enjoy at the contemporary, wooden dining table in the centre of the room.
When the night draws to a close, head to one of the three individually styled bedrooms to unwind further and drift gently off to sleep.

Within the cottage you can find three bedrooms, two with en-suites, and a ground-floor cloakroom and a bathroom, making it suitable to sleep five people. The property also features an open-plan living space consisting of a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a separate snug and a utility. Outside is a charming lawned area with a seating area and a barbecue, as well as a summerhouse with additional furniture. There is ample room for 4 cars to par outside of the cottage, too. The Joiners Shop makes the perfect property for a a small family to enjoy a tranquil trip.
