The Coach House lies just a few minutes walk from Teignmouth's, popular sandy beach and the perfect choice for a fun filled holiday with family or friends. Located close to the beautiful Eastcliff Gardens and the famous Lido open air swimming pool, The town’s shops, cafes and restaurants are right on your doorstep. The Coach House is a beautifully converted period property with a twist of character mixed with modern contemporary styling. There are lots of unique features to enjoy and the owners have gone to great lengths to provide supreme comfort throughout. The Instagrammers in your party will have a field day ! Gather around the fabulous real wood dining table that sits in the ultra modern dining room.
Bi-fold doors reveal a wrap around timber deck where steps lead down onto the garden and patio.
Cosy up in the sitting room and enjoy a good book or gather round for a movie or games (there are three shallow, carpeted steps, with a grab rail down into the living room).
Check out the ‘fun and games’ cupboard tucked away in the corner.
A beautifully fitted white kitchen will allow you to prepare all your meals in luxury. There are six bedrooms; two on the ground floor; a bunk room with full size beds and a double room.
These share a stylish ground floor shower room.
On the first floor you will be drawing straws to see who has the two en-suite king-size bedrooms: one with a shower and feature stained glass window, the other with a fabulous roll top bath. Two further double rooms on the first floor share a shower room where you can catch a glimpse of the sea over the rooftops.The sunny enclosed garden gently slopes to a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is plenty of room for children to play and a separate seating area providing an ideal space for everyone to unwind.
A games room will provide entertainment for all with a pool table, table tennis, table football and darts. There is ample parking available so you can forget about the car.

In the heart of the popular seaside resort of Teignmouth, is The Coach House, a super stylish, luxury holiday home with lovely large enclosed garden and plenty of parking. A striking glazed dining area is the focal point and has been recently added to this lovely period property. The cosy living room has a wall mounted Smart TV for watching a movie and there is a separate games room outside to keep all amused whatever the weather. A sleek white kitchen provides opportunity to cook and prepare meals. There are six gorgeous bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. On the ground floor there is a bunk room and double room with a family shower room. On the first floor two bedrooms are en-suite, one with roll top bath and they all have sea views. There is plenty of space outside for children to play and adults to relax in the sunshine on the patio or the deck. Note: Please be aware that there are three shallow, carpeted steps with a grabrail down into the living room

Good although the heating stopped working- was fixed but then didn’t work upstairs. Apart from that it was lovely and we had a beautiful welcome basket of food.
