This charming abode, with countryside views reaching down towards the meandering River Severn, offers a superb base for families, friends and couples alike.

Unwind into the evening in the lounge area and tune into the TV, when the sun is out you can slide open the doors to let the pleasant outdoors in.
Cook up a delicious meal in the kitchen and gather around the modern dining table to discuss plans for the day ahead.
The ground floor bedroom boasts a double bed, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers, as well as bedside tables and lamps for unwinding with a book at the end of the evening.
You can wake to a refreshing shower under the rainfall shower head in the en-suite each morning, before making yourself that first coffee of the day.

7evern @ Porth Farm Farm is a modern barn conversion residing close to the River Severn, on the fringes of Caersws in Wales. It comprises three bedrooms; a king-size double, a ground floor double with en-suite shower room and a twin, sleeping six altogether. The interior also boasts a family bathroom and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is ample off-road parking and a private enclosed garden to the rear with a patio and lawned area. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.
