Barkston 3.1 miles. 10 Cliff Lane is a wonderful country lodge based in Marston, Lincolnshire, situated on the very popular Wagtail Country Park which hosts regular weekly events, next to the well stocked Fishing lake where guests will have free unlimited access directly from the lodge.
The property boasts an open-plan living space with two sofas, where you can relax and unwind after a long day.
With patio doors leading out to the decking area, boasting stunning views across the surrounding countryside and nearby lake with it's our Jetty for fishing.
Gather around the dining area and enjoy a home-cooked meal, or to plan the day's events.
The kitchen has a lovely set of white units and sleek worktops, with a range of high-quality appliances on-hand.
Down the hall, there are two bedrooms: one king-size and one double - ideal for two couples.
The master bedroom offers a large bed and an en-suite shower room.
With plenty of contemporary furniture for storage purposes and a family shower room.
To the front of the property, there is a decking area with furniture and makes for a lovely spot to sit out of an evening and enjoy the sunset.
Off-road parking is available for two cars nearby.
