The property was originally used as a forge, but has now been lovingly refurbished into a stylish holiday home for friends and families alike. The sitting room offers delightful feature stone and brick walls, as well as exposed beams, which give the property a wealth of character. Relax and unwind here of an evening, while catching up with your favourite shows, with the delightful woodburning stove to keep you warm during those chilly evenings. Step into the open-plan kitchen and dining area, with plenty of seating for families to enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal, prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The cottage benefits from a ground floor double bedroom, ideal for those with limited mobility. The first floor houses a further two bedrooms: one double and one single. Visit the Hemswell Antiques Centre which is the largest in Europe, and offers a wonderful mix of antiques and collectables from history, and is home to the Lancaster Bomber from the Second World War. Spent a week here in November, warm welcome from John, cottage was lovely had everything we need for our stay and was lovely and warm. Great to visit Lincoln, Woodhall Spa, BBMF and even got to Mablethorpe. Would definitely stay here again.
