This comfortable first-floor apartment is a delight for large groups of friends or families, located in a wonderful Weymouth close right at the promenade.
House has two self-catering holiday apartments with another one on the second floor. You will be sharing an outdoor lawned space with guests from the apartment.
All rooms are off from the central dining area where you can share a meal with all friends or family and then go to separate sitting toom with beautiful views and relax before going to bed.
Single bedroom has sea views stretching to the Isle of Portland and Lulworth cove, and other two well-furnished double rooms are offering a comfortable night’s sleep. Watch the people picking up shells on the beach or having a swim right from your apartment – it’s tempting to join in the fun!
The promenade which is right at your doorstep is perfect for walking and mobility scooters. Venture further, cross the town bridge and visit lovely Nothe Gardens with a fort perfect for a day out with kids. It’s a perfect place for a picnic.
If you wish to venture East, you can take a South West Coast path via clifftops and villages of Osmington Mills and Ringstead. Pay a visit to Smugglers Inn with outdoor seating area where you can enjoy a meal or a pint. Ringstead beach is open for dogs throughout all year, so make sure to bring your furry friends along.
Take a short drive to beautiful Lulworth cove, Stairhole and Durdle Door and enjoy magnificent masterpieces of nature from Jurassic period.
Weymouth has many town attractions and entertainment to keep you busy if you wish to stay in one place but exploring around is highly recommended if you have a chance.

Weymouth Bay Apartment B is a Georgian terraced first floor apartment located in the town of Weymouth in Dorset and benefits from being a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The apartment can sleep seven people in three bedrooms, comprising of two double rooms and one family room, (one double bedroom has a standalone bath). Bathroom with WC, basin and stand alone shower. The apartment has a fitted kitchen, with all your basic needs, a cosy dining room and the large spacious sitting room that has spectacular sea views. Having off road parking for two cars and a lovely lawned shared garden to the rear. Weymouth Bay Apartment B has beautiful sea views and is so close to the beach and main town centre of Weymouth, it is suitable for families or friends enjoying their summer holiday at the seaside. One parking space only in a single garage 8ft 9 "wide x 7ft 2" high Note: max 7 people. Note: External stone stairs to first floor (approx 15 steps) Handrail on one side. Note: guests need to bring their own cot linen. Note: Beach facing garden is for use of Apartment A.
