The roomy kitchen is fabulously designed, home to a central island, with a helpful utility across the way, holding those extras you may need.
After preparing breakfast or dinner, the conservatory/dining space is where you will want to be, relaxing amongst the idyllic views of the stream which form a scenic backdrop to your quiet time.
Set-up for twenty people, this is the perfect arrangement for those social evenings watching the sun go down.
As you reach the first floor, a mezzanine landing awaits, revealing a second living area with comfy seating, a small kitchen, and a farmhouse style dining space.
Exposed beams introduce a glimpse of character, views of the fields welcome in the outdoors, and the balcony is your haven for a warm cup of tea.
The lovely bedrooms are divided between the first and second floor, beautifully presented and situated on different wings of the property; there are even two family rooms, and two rooms benefitting from their very own Juliet balcony.

Eden Mill is a luxury cottage located in the village of Stainton, Cumbria. Hosting nine bedrooms; two second floor family rooms with en-suites, three second floor doubles with en-suites, two first floor doubles with en-suite, a first floor double, and a first floor twin, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to twenty people. Cot and highchair available ( no stairgate ) . Inside you will also find a ground floor cloakroom, first floor kitchen/diner, a ground floor kitchen with breakfast island, utility, sitting room with woodburning stove, mezzanine sitting room with balcony, and a conservatory/dining area. To the outside is off-road parking for five cars, and a garden with lawn, patio, decking, furniture, hot tub, barbecue and sauna. Please note, 7-night bookings and weekend short breaks may only check in on Fridays, short breaks are also welcome mid-week. Three well behaved dogs welcome.
There is an artificial, decorated Christmas tree set up in the property to help make your stay feel festive, aside from this, no additional Christmas decorations are included
Bookings over the Christmas and New Year period must be a minimum of 5 nights and the owner cannot accommodate check in on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE or NYD
Bookings over the Easter period must be a minimum of 5 nights and the owner cannot accommodate check in on the four days of the Easter weekend, including GF
Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of £400 on this property.
Note: Check in is from 4pm and check out time is 10am. It is imperative that the 10am check out is adhered to due to the turn around for next guests - if this is not adhered to then we reserve the right to charge the £400 Good-housekeeping Bond
Charging of electric vehicles (including bikes) is not permitted at this property, if electric charging is detected a charge of £100 will be deducted from the bond
Please note: This property does not accept stag or hen parties.
Please note: There is an 11 pm curfew at this property after which time all guests must stop using the hot tub and strictly observe the hours of rest and not cause any form of disturbance to neighbours. Guests found to be in breach of these rules will be asked to leave the property with no refund given
