Mallard is a single storey cottage resting in the region of Hereforshire, on the fringes of Ross-on-Wye. It boasts two bedrooms: a super king-size double (zip/link) with en-suite shower room, and a twin (zip/link) with en-suite bathroom. Inside also has a cloakroom and an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric flame effect stove. Outside is off-road parking for 3 cars and a decked balcony with furniture, as well as a private lakeside garden and private hot tub on a patio. Mallard is a lovely getaway in a splendid location. Mallard provided the perfect peaceful hideaway for my 40th birthday, after Covid cancelled any plans. The lodge is exceptionally well appointed for a comfortable self-catered stay, with the added bonus of a private hot tub (we went in, even through it was hailing!).
