Situated on the top two floors of a period town house, this stylish pet-friendly apartment charms with glimpses of the famous Salcombe waterfront. This property comes with a private parking space for one small/medium sized car, beside a short flight of steps that lead down to the front door and into the stylish open plan living area. As you walk into this homely apartment, you enter the kitchen, well equipped and fitted with a breakfast bar, ideal for enjoying hearty breakfasts. To the left of the kitchen is a dining table with four chairs, and a light and airy lounge with two two-seater sofas. The comfortable lounge has a flat screen digital TV and DVD player to relax watching your favourite films. The master bedroom has a King-size bed with a small en suite w.c. The second bedroom is built into the eaves of the property and has two 2’ 6” single beds, suitable for children over the age of five. The bedrooms are all supplied with duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels, but guests are asked to bring beach and tea towels. A travel cot and highchair is provided to make your holiday that extra bit easier.
