Situated on the top two floors of a period town house, this stylish pet-friendly apartment charms with glimpses of the famous Salcombe waterfront. This property comes with a private parking space for one small/medium sized car, beside a short flight of steps that lead down to the front door and into the stylish open plan living area. As you walk into this homely apartment, you enter the kitchen, well equipped and fitted with a breakfast bar, ideal for enjoying hearty breakfasts. To the left of the kitchen is a dining table with four chairs, and a light and airy lounge with two two-seater sofas. The comfortable lounge has a flat screen digital TV and DVD player to relax watching your favourite films. The master bedroom has a King-size bed with a small en suite w.c. The second bedroom is built into the eaves of the property and has two 2’ 6” single beds, suitable for children over the age of five. The bedrooms are all supplied with duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels, but guests are asked to bring beach and tea towels. A travel cot and highchair is provided to make your holiday that extra bit easier. In addition to the master bedroom en suite, there is a family bathroom with a bath w.c. and a large separate walk-in shower.

This delightful property is ideal for a couple or family with children over the age of five, with one well-behaved pet allowed in the tiled living areas.

Upper Fernlea is situated just a short walk from Salcombe’s town centre, popular for watersports, beach lovers and walkers. The apartment sleeps four people in two bedrooms with one en suite w.c. and a family bathroom. There is an open plan kitchen, living and dining area where one pet is allowed. Beside the entrance steps to the property there is a private space suitable for one small/medium car. At the lower end of Allenhayes Road and within easy reach of Salcombe town centre, this apartment is perfect for a couple or family with children over the age of five.
