To the back of the property there is a stone outhouse perfect for storing bicycles, boots and coats.
Up a set of stone steps, you will find a serene raised patio where you can kick back and relax together.

216 Smedley Street is a terraced property in Matlock, Derbyshire. It provides three bedrooms which includes two double rooms and a twin room accessed through one of the doubles, it also comes with a family bathroom, the property is able to sleep six people. Its interior also comes with a kitchen/diner with a gas fire and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside, find plenty of roadside parking as well as a rear garden including a courtyard and a raised garden with a lawn and a patio with furniture. 216 Smedley Street is a tasteful cottage in a fine location for touring Derbyshire and the Peaks. Note: The stairs up to the bedrooms may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility.
