Nestled in lovely rolling countryside under the watchful eye of Pendle Hill, and just a short drive into the Forest of Bowland AONB and easy road links to the Yorkshire Dales and the magnificent and challenging Three Peaks area.
Recently fully renovated by the owners, Sunnybrook is a real masterpiece of design and styling providing a truly lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy that well-deserved break.

Sunnybrook Cottage is a detached former farm building located on the site of the owner's home, near Waddington. Hosting one super king-size double bedroom (zip/link), along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to two people. Inside you will also find an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, lockable bike storage for two bikes, and a front patio area with furniture. Situated in a lovely location, nestling in countryside, Sunnybrook Cottage is a wonderful retreat in a pleasant part of England.

Great location for exploring the Forest of Bowland and its amazing countryside .Wonderful hosts full of local knowledge .Waddington village is pretty and within walking distance along a main road.
