Inside, there is a smart open plan living area, more than ample space for up to 4 people, including an uber-smart kitchen that will allow you to enjoy cooking up a storm! The views towards the little green and Sheep Street beyond are lovely and for such a central property you are surprised at how peaceful it is.
There are two bedrooms a sublime master suite and a secluded twin/double upstairs too.
Light and bright it is hard to believe this venerable old building is as old as it is, the clean and simple lines are relaxing and the quality of the fixtures and furnishings is a joy to behold.
The entire experience here is outstanding, we love it.

The Hive is a period house located in Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucestershire. It has a boutique feel that has undergone the most comprehensive overhaul imaginable to create a luxury holiday home. The property does NOT accept any children under the age of 12. Inside, there is an open-plan living room, dining area and fitted kitchen with a wood burner effect fireplace. There is one super king-size bedroom with an en suite bathroom and WC, and one kingsize bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC (located on the second floor in the eves, can be a twin on request). Outside has a patio and terrace area with a table and chairs, as well as a picnic bench provided. Parking is available for one small car. The Hive is the ultimate holiday destination for countryside lovers. Note: The Stow Horse Fair is held twice a year, on the Thursday closest to 12th May and the Thursday closest to 24th October, this is a traditional fair for people to meet up and trade which dates back to 1476. Stow is very busy for a day or two before and after each fair, and many shops, pubs and restaurants are closed.
Note: The external stairs leading up to the property can be slippery in wet weather, and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Please take care when using them.
Note: NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12. The owner does live on site.
