Set majestically above the harbour at Mevagissey with spectacular far reaching sea views this contemporary house set over three floors offers spacious accommodation and is ideal for large families.
With an impressive large terrace making the most of the splendid vista this wonderful holiday home has been designed with your comfort and relaxation to the fore.
After parking directly outside you enter the Pink house onto the second floor where two of the bedrooms, a single and a double with a private balcony are located.
On the first floor you will find the remaining three bedrooms, another single, a twin and a double with en suite facilities.
There are two additional bathrooms both with a bath and shower, one situated on each of these floors.
The ground floor houses the well designed open plan living room with a comfortable sitting area, a well equipped kitchen and a dining area with direct access out onto the balcony.
It is outside though, weather permitting, where you will find yourselves spending so much time, relaxing, sunbathing and maybe dining al fresco making the most of the memorable views.
A pleasant walk will take you down the hill to Mevagissey where an excellent choice of restaurants and historic old pubs offer a wide choice of food to suit all tastes.

Pink House is a spectacular house set in the town of Mevagissey in Cornwall. The house can sleep eight people in five bedrooms which are made up of two singles, a twin, a double with a balcony and a double with an en-suite shower room as well as two separate bathrooms. The rest of the house is made up of an open plan living area with dining and sitting areas and kitchen. To the outside is off road parking for two cars and a large terrace with furniture. Set in a wonderful situation, Pink House can be enjoyed at any time of the year.

Took my family and friends for a weeks stay at this lovely property. Beautifully maintained inside with soft coastal theme. Fabulous view of the town harbour outside in the decked area. All in all a lovely place to stay. But a couple of points to take into consideration aswell. Views are amazing. The house itself is very well equipped.Kitchen has more pots & pans than you can even imagine which was great for us as we came as a family of 7. Towels supplied. Separate washing machine ...
