This delightful cottage was originally the grain store for this working livestock and arable farm, but has now been lovingly transformed into a cosy rural retreat, nestled on the edge of the village of Askham.
This lovely ground floor apartment has underfloor heating throughout, making it warm and cosy no matter what time of year you visit.
The open plan living area has every comfort on hand with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area, from which you can enjoy a timeless view of the orchard.
The Granary is surrounded by pleasant country lanes, perfect for a relaxing walk or bike ride in these beautiful surroundings.
The village inn serves locally produced food and real ales, which is just the ticket for ending a perfect day. This fantastic apartment is perfectly placed for exploring every taste from countryside to city.
Historic Lincoln offers a vibrant and contemporary day out with plenty of things to keep everyone busy.
There is plenty of history on offer with its medieval cathedral and a copy of the Magna Carta housed at the castle.
Why not walk the castle walls and take in the views across the city? The National Nature Reserve of Sherwood Forest is a short drive away and was once part of a royal hunting forest.
The area now covers 450 acres with plenty of walking and cycling routes, and includes some ancient trees, some of which are over 500 years old. The Granary offers a perfect retreat for that special break, whatever time of year.

Beautiful place with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Lovely and clean with a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and excellent powerful walk in shower. Lots of parking. Sue the host is very friendly and attentive to anything you may need. Would definitely stay again.
