Beautiful old Menorcan house but a little tired.

Charm of house in a beautiful location and lovely neighbour who gave us some fresh eggs.
Garden has been neglected and is essentially dead, not at all like the photos on the website.
Outdoor furniture needs updating as does some of the kitchen equipment.
Something should be done about the pigeons across the terrace and pool area - noone escaped the droppings during our stay!

The house was not only beautiful but had all of the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. We really did feel at home here and had a fantastic holiday with this as our base. The location is ideal and it is incredibly peaceful. We loved the BBQ and made use of that multiple times. Perhaps most importantly, the host was so easy to talk to and answered any queries I had.
Not a criticism but a heads up, the parking space is a little narrow. We hired a rather large car for our holiday and it was a bit of a squeeze.
