Newlands is a welcoming, single-storey apartment set on the first floor of a barn conversion on the Graythwaite Estate near Hawkshead in Cumbria. With two bedrooms including a king-size double with en-suite shower room and a twin, this cottage can sleep four people. There's also a separate bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburner. Outside there is ample off road parking plus a shared patio garden with furniture and a BBQ. With beautiful scenery to discover nearby and wonderful on-site facilities including an indoor pool and a large fly fishing lake, plus wonderful walks to be enjoyed, Newlands offers a memorable break away for you and your loved ones.
The swimming pool can be booked for 45 minute private sessions, All guests can pre-book up to a maximum of 3 swimming slots ( or 2 slots for short stays 2 and 3 nights ) 7 days prior to arrival by contacting estate@graythwaite.com
