A dining table is tucked into the corner and seats up to four, so you can gather together for breakfast or an evening meal.

We stayed in this wonderful flat, the flat was immaculately clean, well furnished and equipped especially for children. The rooms are incredibly spacious and wel decorated. A well appointed ,well equiped cottage,very clean,and homely.Peebles is a lovely market town with plenty of facilities for the self caterer.We loved Kailzie gardens,hubby fished whilst I explored the garden,lunch was excellent in the garden cafe,followed by a round on the putting green.
