This outstanding period farmhouse set in the idyllic rural village of Leven, near Beverley.
Newly furnished throughout along with wooden ceiling beams, the property boasts contemporary accommodation which is ideal for families and friends who wish to enjoy time together in one of the most rustic parts of the country.
The farmhouse is accessed through the front door and hallway, complete with a cloakroom and WC.
The hallway then leads into the open plan lounge, seating six people, with a three piece suite, armchairs and a flatscreen TV there is space for everybody to relax.
The property also comes with Sky TV, a DVD player and WiFi.
With a large lounge area and a cosy logburner fire, it provides a wonderful sociable space to sit and linger over a communal meal.
The kitchen area is complete with fridge and ice box, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, washing machine, freezer and microwave and Belfast sink.
