The attractive bedroom also benefits from having a separate dressing room next door, so debating what to wear can be done in private, while your other half enjoys a longer lie-in.

Pump House is a detached cottage, set in the owner's grounds near Hellingly and Hailsham in Sussex. The cottage sleeps two people in one king-size double bedroom. There is also a ground floor bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, breakfast bar and a sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for one car only, an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and a patio area with a hot tub and barbecue. Pump House is the perfect holiday cottage at anytime of year with a variety of day's out to enjoy in the local area. Note: This property accepts two well behaved dogs only, no other animals are allowed

This cottage ticks every single box. It is clean, although they allow pets, having an animal allergy it is spotless. Pauline is a fantastic owner. The grounds are superb. There is nothing lacking. We have come in september for a few day but we will be back. It is the best place for a relaxed calm at...

We had lovely relaxing and very welcoming stay... the house was spotless, very warm and comfortable, it was equipped with everything you need.We were very kindly greeted with a bottle of wine and treats for our Staffordshire terrier when we arrived. We couldn't have asked for anything more or better.Thankyou Pauline and Michael we will be back.
We and our two Newfoundlands were delightfully welcomed!
