This lovely property is situated in an enviable location with lovely views in almost every direction and the wild and rugged landscapes are just waiting to be explored.
Fully restored and individually styled, this cosy cottage is the perfect base for a romantic break.
This welcoming cottage comprises of a ground floor open plan living area with modern kitchen and a small sitting and dining area, along with a first floor mezzanine that extends out over two thirds of the living area.
The bedroom is a real delight with a lovely en-suite, exposed beams and two Velux windows bathing the room in a bright and cheery light.
Outside there is a small patio area with furniture, an ideal spot to relax and unwind and take in the countryside appeal of this delightful holiday home.

The Mistle Carr Farm is a delightful wing of the owners' barn conversion and is situated two miles from the village of Ripponden, near Hebden Bridge. This cottage sleeps two people and has one mezzanine double bedroom with en-suite shower and a ground floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for one car and a front patio with furniture. The Mistle Carr Farm is a lovely romantic base with walks, cycle routes and attractions in abundance.

A small property that's attached to the owners home. It has everything you need to have a relaxing holiday, great if you have a small dog as the adjoining farmland is a wonderful playground.Very close are 2 x great pubs, The Alma and The Beehive offering good food and both are in walking distance.Ov...

The cottage was quaint and had everything we needed, the owners were friendly and helpful and the welcome package as a lovely surprise. The accommodation was comfortable and clean and the views from the front of the cottage over the fields was lovely. The cottage was a good base for exploring the area, although the winding roads took a little bit to get used to! A great peaceful week away.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. A lot of groceries were provided as a starter pack including milk, tea, coffee, pasta, orange juice, croissants so no need to go straight to the shops. Close to Sowerby Bridge and Ripponden with a pub only 5 minutes walk away. Very dog friendly and plenty...
