Comfortably furnished apartment consisting of a cozy kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a flat-screen TV, two separate double bedrooms, each with a shower/WC and its own TV, and access to 2 balconies.
Enjoy your vacation in our new and very cozy apartment! The fully equipped vacation apartment is located in our private home in Maria Alm, in the Unterberg district.
Quiet yet centrally located, we are an ideal starting point for your vacation activities.
Situated very close to the lifts, you can reach the Aberg ski center, the direct access to the Hochkönig ski area, in just 250 m in winter. In summer, the location of our apartment is also very convenient for your excursions! A stop for the hiking bus is located directly in front of our house. You will receive the Hochkönig Card, which offers our guests many advantages for their leisure activities, free of charge when booking our apartment! Restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
The village center of Maria Alm is 2 km away and can be reached directly by car in just 3 minutes or by a pleasant walk in about 20 minutes. Even our youngest guests are very welcome here.
Upon request, we will gladly provide a baby bed and a high chair free of charge! Your children can let off steam on the private children's playground! For a good start to the day, we also offer a daily bread roll service upon request. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed! Die Zimmer sind etwas klein geraten, aber dafür mit großem Balkon und schöner Aussicht.
Auch für eine größere Familie gut geeignet, jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine kleines Dusche mit WC.
Die FEWO ist mit PKW und Bus gut erreichbar, zwischen Hauptstraße und der recht nahe liegenden Talstation der Abergbahn und Natrunbahn.
