Old Orchard is a detached property in Allerthorpe, a village a couple of miles from Pocklington in the Vale or York. The property has two ground floor double bedrooms and a first floor twin room too. The bathroom is on the ground floor, along with the rest of the accommodation - a cloakroom with basin and WC, a kitchen, utility, dining room and sitting room. There is underfloor heating throughout. The exterior offers off road parking for three cars, a small rear garden and a front patio. One well-behaved dog welcome, but not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture as per booking conditions. Please enquire first with Sykes if you wish to bring any other type of pet. Old Orchard makes a great base for family or friends to enjoy exploring Castle Howard, the city of York or the North York Moors National Park.

An excellent property which is kept spotless. It's welcoming and cosy with all you need for break or holiday The essentials were all there. An extremely peaceful location. Communication was spot on. Nearby Pocklington is a lovely little town with the nearby Burnby Hall gardens a peaceful oasis.
