The 75 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating and a TV. The holiday apartment boasts a private balcony where you can sit and admire the views. The BrixenCard is not for sale! You receive your BrixenCard free of charge in the BrixenCard partner organisations.
Tthis includes the apartment Plose35. From your first overnight stay in one of the BrixenCard partner companies your host will issue you with your BrixenCard.
The card is valid from the day of arrival until and including the day of departure.

Die Nähe zur Bushaltestelle und zum Supermarkt
Durch eine Bäckerei im Nebenhaus, eine Baustelle, die Müllabfuhr, die Straßenreinigung und einen unerzogenen, bellenden Hund war unsere Nachtruhe spätestens um 6 Uhr morgens vorbei.
In der Beschreibung der FeWo wurde mit "Bergblick vom Balkon" geworben - dieser konnte nur von der Seite des
Balkons sehr eingeschränkt genossen werden. Man schaute auf dichte Bäume direkt vor dem Haus.
