Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for video calls), air conditioning and a washing machine. The highlight of the apartment is its private outdoor area, where you can enjoy two open terraces and a balcony with magnificent views of the Mediterranean.

The complex also features a communal pool, open during the summer months, perfect for relaxing under the Andalusian sun. The Marina del Este marina, with its charming maritime atmosphere, restaurants and seafront bars, is just two minutes by car or ten minutes on foot (the walk includes a slight uphill climb). Thanks to its excellent location, you can easily reach the main attractions in the area: La Herradura (only five minutes by car), Almuñécar (eight minutes), Nerja (fifteen minutes), Málaga and its international airport (about one hour), and Granada and the Alhambra (around one hour and ten minutes). You have private parking, with an additional space in a covered garage.
