Nestling in the meadows and forests of the "Land of a Thousand Mountains", you will find the district of Wasserfall in the municipality of Bestwig at an altitude of 650m. It is named after the only natural waterfall in North Rhine-Westphalia, whose stream plunges from a height of 30 m into a primeval gorge. Here we offer you an attractive house in Sauerland half-timbered style, with 4 different types of holiday flats (2-8 pers.). Our own indoor swimming pool (approx. 5m x 10m), the warm 2 - 4 person sauna, but also the children's playground within the garden complex, allow you and your family to enjoy your holidays without any worries. In addition to the many kilometres of excellent hiking and walking trails, our district offers another real hit: the well-known amusement park "Fort Fun Abenteuerland" captivates young and young-at-heart with its diverse attractions. The three surrounding reservoirs with crystal-clear water, as well as a visitor mine 3 km away, invite you to explore. In winter, the "Fort Fun" ski area with drag and chair lifts, as well as a 700 m long toboggan run, provide pure winter action. A further 20 lifts, some with artificial snow, are located in the immediate vicinity. Pets are allowed for an extra charge. Events are allowed for an extra charge. Please notify the host in advance.

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged with 90% of the tour price. A deposit of up to 90% of the tour price is due upon booking. Note: Please note that cancellations within the 30 days prior to arrival will always be charged! The prices quoted do not include visitor's tax. The local tourist tax is obligatory and has to be paid on site.

Description
The 2-room maisonette flat is ideally equipped for 2-3 people. There is one bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for the 3rd person. The bathroom is equipped with WC and bathtub. The kitchenette offers you enough space for cooking evenings together. The south-facing balcony rounds off the offer.
