Sehr zentrale Lage. La Isleta, las Canteras und Alcaravaneras-Strand lassen sich super zu Fuß erkunden. Man kann die Abende auf dem Balkon ausklingen lassen und hat das Gefühl mitten im Geschehen zu sein, da der Balkon direkt an den Paseo las Canteras anschließt. Es gibt viele kleine Einkaufsmöglich...
Das Apartment ist in die Jahre gekommen, was so auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen ist. Die Scharniere der Schränke sind ausgeleiert, Möbel-Ecken und -Kanten abgeplatzt, Tapete und Putz lösen sich an mehreren Stellen. Die Balkontür ließ sich nicht verschließen, da die Schließvorrichtung komplett verrostet...
