Ardvar is a charming two-bedroom, ground floor property situated right in the centre of the charming fishing village of Crail.
Bright and spacious, cosy and welcoming, Ardvar is in one of the prettiest villages in the East Neuk of Fife.
Crail is a fascinating fishing village on the East Neuk of Fife, featuring cobbled streets that tumble down to a tiny harbour protected by cliffs and surrounded by historic cottages.
The Harbour Front is a popular destination for ice cream and a stroll to see the fishing boats, as well as for exploring the timeless streets within the village during the summer months when the Crail Food Festival is held.
Not forgetting the popular annual Arts and Crafts Festival held in the nearby village of Pittenweem.
As you enter the property you will find a spacious living room with a large flat screen TV and a welcoming Optimyst fireplace.
There is a door that leads out to a small patio area found at the rear of the property big enough to sit out and enjoy the long summer evenings.
The kitchen comes fully equipped and has a folding out dining table that comfortably sits four.
Enjoy a good night’s sleep after all of that fresh sea air in one of the two bedrooms, one double and the other a twin.

Comfortable and clean flat...great location for East Nuek coastal path and great bus service for walking in sections.
Being critical the dining facilities are not suitable for four people and the shower would be better with a thermostatic mixer valve as control of temperature could be an issue with young children etc.

The apartment was comfortable and had everything you needed for a great holiday and it was central for everything and would recommend it for a holiday and hope to be back again . Weather wasn't as good as we hoped-for but the apartment was homely and welcoming

Very comfortable little house,good base for exploring the beautiful East neuk of Fife.The village offers holiday makers a good butchers,bakers,everyday store,Fish and chip restaurant and takeaway, also good food restaurants.
