The accommodation is located in a rural and quiet area, but in a strategic position: only 3km from the famous beaches of the Tuscan Maremma, the pine forest and the shops of Marina di Grosseto and 10 km from Grosseto, a town with all services. By bike you can reach the village and the beach in just 10 minutes, there is a cycle path almost the whole way. 3 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed upon request. Parties and loud music are not allowed. Bicycles (more than 20) are available free of charge for guests.

Das Haus hat einen schönen und sauberen Pool. Die Anlage wird von einem wunderbaren Gastgeber geführt, der immer behilflich aber dabei im Hintergrund ist.
Wir haben den tollen Strand genossen. Zum Hundestrand muss man 5min mit dem Auto zum Parkplatz und dann noch durch den anhören Pinienwald zum Fuorirotta Beach mit eigener Beach Bar.
Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit einem super Pool in absolut ruhiger Lage.

- Die Einbettung der Anlage in die Natur und die abgeschiedene, aber dennoch gute Lage zum Strand und zu vielen interessanten Zielen in der südlichen Toskana. (Tarot Garten, Thermalquellen von Saturnia, Pitigliani, Grosetto...)
- Vom Vermieter werden Fahrräder kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt, mit denen man toll mal eben zum Strand oder auch zum Supermarkt (A&O) in Marina di Grosetto fahren kann.
Das WLAN war an einigen Tagen etwas "schlapp"

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Wer es gerne etwas ruhiger hat, fühlt sich hier pudelwohl. Die Anlage und unser Apartment waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem sehr schön und entspannend. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.
