This luxurious holiday flat is one of 8 units in the exclusive Villa Inessa. It is located directly on the hillside and offers a majestic panoramic view of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains.
Lake Garda is just 100 metres away on foot.
Because of the great location you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the lake.
The idyllic centre of Torri del Benaco with its small harbour, many delicious restaurants and cafés, bike rental, (for e-bikes there is a charging possibility in the car - underground car park) scooter rental, boat rental is about 15 minutes walk away. There is also a bus stop nearby. The castle at the beginning of the village and the small shopping streets in the village invite you to stroll around.
La Dolce Vita is particularly important here in Torri del Benaco.

It is about 5 kilometres to Garda and about 9 kilometres to Bardolino. Malcesine to the north is approx. 20 minutes away by car.
The modern flat has its own locked underground car parking space (no. 9) and a garage parking space (e-charging facility) for two bicycles, including a charging facility for e-bikes.
The narrow, single-lane, slightly hilly access road is only suitable for cars. So is the entrance to the car park. Max. Entrance height 2.10 metres.
The luxury apartment 1.3 is located on the upper floor, it is easily accessible with the lift in the underground car park.
The flat is equipped with internet access and free WLAN.
A new, high-quality equipped living-dining kitchen with sofa bed, two bedrooms with double bed, three air conditioning units, which enchant with their fantastic lake view.
The bright, modern bathroom has a double washbasin, a spacious, barrier-free shower and a floor-to-ceiling window. The covered balcony-terrace, equipped with garden furniture, is accessible from all rooms of the flat with its own patio doors.
The quiet complex, surrounded by olive trees and cypresses, is very nature-oriented, with its fantastic lake view, which can be seen from all windows and from the terrace.

You can linger and relax on the sun loungers by the poolside while being pampered by the warming sun, the view of nature and the dreamlike Lake Garda.

- A parasol is available in the flat.
- Bed linen and a set of towels are included.
- Cutlery / crockery are at your disposal for the entire period of your stay.

- Dogs are allowed on request for a small fee.

-The flat is equipped with two lockable bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living-dining area,
-suitable for a maximum of 5 people.

- For the main tenant a minimum age of 25 years is required!!!

- Barbecuing on the balcony-terrace is prohibited.
- Smoking in the flat is not permitted!!!
- Please do not hang/place towels and other objects over the balcony railing

- The night's rest from 11 pm to 8 am must be observed. Loud music is not permitted. Also no parties.

You can reach Torri del Benaco by car from Verona in approx. 30 minutes.
Coming via the A22 motorway, drive through the Brenner Pass in the direction of Verona. Then take the exit in Affi. Lago di Garda Sud.
From there it is about 20 minutes by car to Torri del Benaco.

From Bergamo airport you can reach Torri del Benaco in about 75 minutes by car without traffic jams
From Verona airport it is about 30 minutes.

At both airports you have the possibility to rent a car for the period of your stay.

Directions:
From the motorway A22 Brennero - Modena
Motorway exit AFFI (Lago di Garda Sud), drive via COSTERMANO towards GARDA (approx. 10 km). In Garda, turn right at the roundabout and drive along the lakeside road to TORRI DEL BENACO. At the end of Torri del Benaco, turn right up the narrow road and after a few metres turn right into the underground car park of Villa Inessa and park in car park number 9. Once there, take the lift to the first floor and you will find flat 1.3 on the left-hand side. see doorbell sign.

OPENING HOURS FOR THE POOL 8-21 hrs,
Sun loungers and parasols are available.
Please use your own towels for the pool and the beach.
Bed linen and 1 set of towels are included.
