The charming holiday apartment Giannutri is located in Riotorto and overlooks the sea.
It is part of a typical, completely renovated Maremma farmhouse.
The 75 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and an additional sofa bed for 1 child, a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A high chair is also available.
Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor with no elevator.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool (open from June to September), a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The barbecue may only be used with coal and charcoal.
Carbonifera beach is 5 minutes away by car.
A parking space is available on the property.
A single sofa bed for a child can be added upon request.
The property has a step-free interior.

Wenn man in Ruhe Urlaub machen möchte, das ist das richtige Platz
Spülmaschine hat gefehlt.
Sie brauchen auf jeden Fall ein kleines Bar, damit die Leute zusammen Kaffe trinken oder was kleines essen können.

Per le prossimi annunci sarebbe bene non indicare sul sito "Vista Mare dall'Appartamento" dato che dall'app Cerboli era vista SS.1 e Lavatrice (condivisa)
