The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating as well as a TV.
A high chair and a baby cot are available upon request. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a covered terrace and loungers.
A shared outdoor area with a garden is also available for your use.
Guests may also use the winter garden (not heated). The property offers a very good starting point for bicycle tours and hiking trips.
The homeowner will be happy to give you tips for cycling tours in the area.
The bus to the city centre can be taken 500m from the holiday apartment, there is also the possibility to order a call taxi (100m away).
Furthermore, there are many possibilities for excursions like the recreation area Fulda-Aue, the Cafe Körbelshütte, the Schlossfasanerie, the Milseburg, the artists' village Kleinsassen, the schnapps distillery Dickas, the Wasserkuppe, the Kinder-Akademie-Fulda etc.

Michael's Church, the castle and its park and a charming town centre with many restaurants, bars and pubs is always worth a visit. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Please note that the house is situated on a slope and there are steps to reach the entrance (ground level access is not possible). Bicycles can be parked and locked in the courtyard. The final cleaning will not be charged if the flat is handed over in a clean state. Lage für Radfahrer bestens, Fuldaradweg 1 Km entfernt. Innenstadt ca 6 km entfernt, gut mit Fahrrad erreichbar. Freundliche Gastgeber, FeWo hatte Alles was man so braucht. Wintergarten und Gartenbenutzung inklusive. Ruhige Lage.
Sauberkeit gut. Empfehlenswert!
Fliegengitter -Tür könnte angebracht werden für den Sommer.
Schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung.

Trotz vielen Regens haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was einen Aufenthalt gemütlich und angenehm macht - viele Sitzgelegenheiten - Sessel, Sofa`s... Der Wintergarten ist besonders schön und lässt auch trübe Tage in einem freundlichen Licht erstrahle...
