Visit our 860 sq ft vacation home, fully renovated in 2021, offering accommodation for up to 6 people.
Enjoy relaxing barbecues on our beautiful terrace overlooking the Unstrut River.
The upper floor houses the sleeping area with a large bedroom (double bed, flat-screen TV), a small sleeping room, and a sleeping loft suitable for children.
The living room with its wood-burning stove, sofa, and flat-screen TV invites you to a cozy stay.
The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and stove leaves nothing to be desired.
The modern, spacious bathroom and the entrance area with the rustic seating set complete the overall picture.
The house is the ideal starting point for a visit to the "Arche Nebra" and the discovery site of the "Nebra Sky Disk," which you can reach on foot or by bike (approx. 1.8 miles).
The Unstrut cycle path, running directly in front of the property, connects your vacation spot with the Saale-Unstrut wine region.
Sports and leisure activities: Canoe tours (various providers in the area), fishing opportunities right outside the door, Memleben Adventure Zoo, Memleben Monastery, Wiehe Model Railway, Roßleben Outdoor Pool, Arche Nebra, Nebra Sky Disk discovery site (Mittelberg), Kyffhäuser Monument.
City trips are possible to: Freyburg, Erfurt, Naumburg, Weimar.
A prepayment of 40% of the total price can be charged at any time after booking.
Payment is made in cash on site or by bank transfer.
Cancellations up to 28 days before arrival are free of charge.
Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price.
In case of non-arrival, 100% of the total price is due.
A rental deposit of EUR 120.00 will be charged.
Arrival is possible between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
Departure is possible between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
Key handover takes place on site.
Pets are not allowed.
Other applicable fees: Electricity according to consumption €0.40 per kWh.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Sehr netter Empfang, und persönliche Empfehlungen für Ausflüge in der Region. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden perfekt um den stressigen Alltag zu vergessen. Leider hatten wir in der Nähe eine Baustelle die das Einkaufen ein wenig schwierig gestaltet hat.
