Very helpful owners. Nothing was too much trouble. The only problems were the space for the toilet caused problems for my son as it was very narrow. and I had difficulty with the noise from the road outside the front bedroom. At times it seemed like people were using it as a race track. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use.

We had a wonderful stay for our third time - it's just as lovely as ever. The place stays cool which is good in the hot weather and it's so well-located for getting around.

Listed as suitable for 4 but I did not consider lounge/living area spacious enough. For 2-3 enough. Garden safe for children and dogs. stairs tobasement kitchen not ideal, for elderly people, but I managed overall it suited our wish to be near the front at Broadstairs.
