The cottage was spotlessly clean, comfortable and warm (essential for February). Well situated for the Forest of Bowland, Clitheroe, etc., though we were a little disappointed about the lack of safe dog walks from the door, the road being busy at times.
However we had a very enjoyable stay.

The cottage was clearly done to a very high standard when it was converted from a barn. The rooms are well designed, the kitchen had all we needed and the beds are really comfortable.
We loved exploring Lancashire, its villages are packed with history and the scenery was beautiful
