This historic barn conversion is a charming holiday home in the village of Yaxley.. 1 step to entrance.
Ground Floor: Living room: Freeview TV, Woodburner Kitchen/dining room: Electric Fire, Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine Games Room.
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Attachment, Toilet First Floor: Bedroom 1: Galleried, 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, (Accessed Via Bedroom 1).
Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Initial fuel for wood burner included.
Cot, highchair, Stairgate and fireguard.

John Fanner Barn, Coachman’s Cottage and Coach House and are all situated within the same grounds and the three can be booked together to accommodate larger parties.

We enjoyed a lovely long weekend relaxing at the barn, also enjoying the beautiful grounds. Spotlessly clean and the most comfortable beds! We would highly recommend a visit to Thornham Walks if you have children. Thank you!

We had a lovely break in this very well-appointed property. Everything was as photographed and the accommodation comfortable and clean.The location was perfect for exploring the local area without having to drive too far afield in any direction, whilst being very peaceful and quiet for relaxing once we got back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay , the location was perfect for exploring both Norfolk & Suffolk so plenty to do. Limited options to eat locally because unfortunately one of the local pubs was closed & the other had a restricted menu.
