Ashbourne has so much to offer, with local shops, restaurants and bars, and it is on the doorstep of the famous Dovedale stepping stones, a must-see for your visit.
You can fish on the River Dove, and it is also very handy for Alton Towers theme park, with it only being a short 20-minute drive.

Really lovely house, full of history yet modern inside and stylishly furnished. Particularly loved the kitchen. A shower tray would have been better than the bath, which was rather awkwardly squeezed in the end of the bathroom, with awkward access due to the shower screen, but that's a minor point. Parking in our own garage was even better than at home !

A super town house in beautiful Ashbourne. So convenient to all amenities. Was perfect for our long walking weekend and would definitely stay again. Really handy having the garage. So comfortable and lovely.

Fabulous base for the Peak District. Dusty cottage is charming and quirky and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. We were there Jan9th-13th, the coldest time we have ever known but cottage was cosy especially with the log burner on. Lovely place and if only the walls could talk what tales they would tell!!!!
