Apartment located in a traditional historic building without an elevator, in one of the most beautiful and exclusive areas of Turin, a short walk from the Po River, Piazza Vittorio, and the Gran Madre church.
It is a very quiet neighborhood yet close to the city center.
The building is a partially renovated historic house with original furnishings and an elegant retro atmosphere. The apartment, situated on the ground floor, opens into a hallway from which the rooms are accessed: the kitchen, with a sink and stovetop set into two built-in wardrobes and a high counter with stools instead of a table.
The living room features a single and double sofa bed, TV, bookcase, and dining table.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the first has two single beds, a wardrobe, and a desk, while the second has a double bed, a coat rack, a desk, and direct access to the laundry room with new washing machine and dryer.
The apartment is equipped with a fast Wi-Fi line, making it ideal for those who wish to work remotely.
Guests will also have access to a courtyard and a reserved parking space within the same courtyard.
Thanks to its features and proximity to the city center, the apartment is ideal for families who want to explore the city on foot and stay in a quiet area, close to green spaces. *Other accommodations are present within the building.
A crib and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee of €35 per stay. *The building next to the accommodation is currently undergoing renovation and painting.

Non viene messo a disposizione un parcheggio gratuito a differenza di quanto scritto, si parcheggia in strada a pagamento.Le mura sono un po', troppo sottili e si sentono le altre persone.
