House was very nice with alot of character we enjoyed eating outside by the kitchen and sitting on the deck. The house was a little hard to find the host was good sending us some pictures to help find the location. We were thankful for ac in the bedrooms. The walk to the ferries is about 15 to 20 m...

Property turned out exactly as advertised. Very pleasant stay for my wife and I who wanted to be away from the crowds for a weekend and relax. We did a lot of walking to get around Bellagio and fortunately had good weather. Very comfortable place with mostly all the items you need to get by. Owner was great and very responsive to our needs.
