Estaba bastante descuidada, falta de limpieza, la casa en general necesita mantenimiento, sobretodo la piscina

Boligen er brugt, fx faldt den ene lampe i køkkenet ned, var sat fast med 'tape', når man tænder lampe i værelset området var den løs og faldt ud når man tændte. Der manglede hynder til solsenge 👎 det sørgede John Goth for at forbedre i løbet 8af få dage. Men samlet set og pris, så burde ejere sætte prisen ned eller opgradere. Det er helt klart et hus som er slidt og trænger til opgradering
